UPDATE: The youtube channel owner has decided to make the video private. Their official response was because the new banking and real estate laws have yet to materialize (as of June 2023). We have heard through the grapevine that a real estate comptetitor applied some pressure to avoid competition. Although we do not have direct written evidence of this, we have heard multiple accounts from various sources of this being the case. In the interest of transparency, honesty and our sole duty to you, our clients, we decided to leave this post up as proof of work previously done but not available for whatever reason.
